Step 1 Sign-in or Create Account: If this is your first time logging into Whova and you have not created an account, please click the “Sign up here” link and make an account. Remember your password to re-enter the platform during the conference or click "Forgot your password" to reset your account and make a new password. (See images below)
Below is what the platform homepage will look like.
Step 2 Agenda: Notice the dates at the top and the sessions listed in time-order. Categories are color-coded.
Click the 'Add to My Agenda' button to create your own schedule.
Step 3 Presentation View: Click the 'Proceed Anyway' button or 'View Session' to join the presentation.
Choose to view directly in zoom or within Whova.
Located on the right is a Q&A, Chat, and Community board.
